Earlier this week Firefighters from Kilbarrack responded to a car fire in #Santry.

The fire was extinguished shortly after arrival using a high pressure hose reel.

At 1 am 5 fire engines including a turntable ladder and emergency tender were sent to a well developed apartment fire in Swords in the early hours of this morning. 2 ambulances from Swords fire station and Finglas fire station were also mobilised to the scene. The fire was under control by 0119 hrs.

Traffic restrictions in place on the Malahide Road inbound at DID as Firefighter/Paramedics respond to a road traffic collision.

A specialised EV plug is in use which prevents the car from entering drive mode.

Firefighter/Paramedics from Finglas erected our mass casualty tent today as part of their on station drill.

Our hurling team take on Eirgrid/EV tonight in Ballymun Kickhams on Collinstown Lane.

Throw in is at 9pm.

Firefighter/Paramedics from Dolphins Barn along with our Tara Street ambulance responded to a domestic fire over the weekend.

A family pet was rescued from the fire.

Last week we were delighted to welcome The Friends of St Lukes to our Headquarters to meet A Watch.

The crew raised €600 by taking part in Movember and wanted to present it to this very worthy cause.

Firefighters from Swords carried out an inspection on an open source at a facility in North County Dublin yesterday.

When hydrants aren't available we often make down to open sources.

The Cabra Road was closed earlier today whilst Firefighter/Paramedics from Phibsborough fire station responded to this road traffic collision.

Tonight, our Sports and Social club are hosting 21 retired members and their families to celebrate their careers in Dublin Fire Brigade.

Together, the 21 retirees have accumulated over 500 years of service to Dublin City and County.

Congratulations all and thank you for everything.

Firefighter/Paramedics from Tallaght responded to a road traffic collision on the Old Bawn Road last night.

The road was closed for a short period whilst recovery of the vehicles involved took place.

Firefighters from Tallaght responded to a car fire on the Grangecastle Road in Clondalkin earlier this week.

Traffic restrictions were in place for a short period.

Please slow down if you are affected.

If you are affected by smoke in the area, please close your doors and windows.

Three fire engines, a Water Tanker, District Officer along with one of our Ambulances are currently attending a fire in the St Margaret's area of Dublin.

As a result, smoke is currently blowing across the #M50 close to J4, with visibility reduced for a short distance.

The lads will now progress to the Leinster Final.
