Same! I'll most probably stay off the internet from today until I play and finish the game. I almost got spoiled yesterday, but thankfully my eyes were just quick enough to avoid looking at the spoilery thumbnail.

(I'm not complaining btw, I love the challenge! That crying emoji isn't serious, lol)

I've been brainwashed into thinking that Pokémon X/Y were easy games. Dear Lord I've lost battles countless of times, and I'm legit stuck against the Elite Four. It's actually so hard 😭
To be fair I added a rule to not use items during battles, but still this game overall is harder than I remember.

Also I decided to do a fun challenge run for this second playthrough: no healing in battles, no exp share, no grinding, and only catching one Pokémon between gyms.

I like to challenge myself like that when I'm replaying a game ^^

Last time I played X/Y was when it came out 12 years ago... Oh dear, I feel old, haha!

I relate to that feeling. I wish I had more free time so I can do more progress on my personal projects, especially my PMD comic. But since I got my newest job at the start of the year, and since it's quite exhausting, I just feel like turning my brain off and resting when I get back home.

Nice! I like when you add some story tidbit and dialogues into your art, especially when it's PMD related. Very fun stuff!

A Chespin named Chip and a shiny Riolu named Rover are flying out a mystery dungeon by holding onto the string that is attached to a large cyan colored balloon. Chip can be seen quivering in fear as she holds onto the balloon string for dear life while Rover assures her that the Air Balloon will take them out of the mystery dungeon safely by holding his left hand out towards Chip while still holding onto the balloon string with his right hand. The mystery dungeon in question takes place inside of a giant, hollow, dead tree that clearly looks abandoned and is falling apart as the wooden walkway and steal beams supporting the pathway have cracks on them as well as large holes. Moss can be seen growing all over the tree and pathway's support beams. The sun can be seen shining through the cracks in the tree's trunk. There is dialogue being spoken by Chip and Rover, but putting it in Alt Text will go over the character limit. The order to read the dialogue is Chip first, then Rover.

In this PMD world, there's no easy escape from mystery dungeons via, Teleport so, sometimes you gotta get creative with your escape route, which is what Chip and Rover are doing here by making use of a Balloon Orb to fly out of there!

Pretty much the same for me. No help from any ally, and heck I didn't have any nail upgrade at all. If only I knew I could upgrade it 😭

Oh yeah, definitely the hardest part of the entire game, especially that double miniboss at the end. That was brutal!

I just finished Silksong. Got the true ending after ~60 hours. What an amazing game! I had so much fun overcoming all the challenging boss fights. Definitely my game of the year!
