I have to force myself out of a shutdown because as my grandma keeps talking to me a rushing me to make her something to eat 'cause it's just us at home while I'm also overwhelmed by the filthy situation of my home all around me it feels like sandpaper on my brain.

Shoving the responsability of being not only the primary caregiver of an elderly person with limited mobility but also the responsabilities of home maintenance and money/bills administration onto an AuDHD person who's also the youngest feels like something that shouldn't be allowed, Idk.
