My first Ruth Mancini book & really glad I joined the tour! The Day I Lost You is a thoughtful, layered story with 3 POVs & a real-case twist (don’t skip the foreword!). I’d have loved more from the lawyer’s side, but a great read overall.

Romance isn’t usually my thing, but I love a good tearjerker with a cuppa now & then. This one was an easy read with some emotion (a bit predictable though), but no actual tears were shed. Jonas was my fave ~ I’d totally read a book just about him!

📚 Weyward by Emilia Hart
I loved this magical, moving story of three women across time. Their bond with nature (and crows 🐦‍⬛) was bewitching, and I was hooked on all their stories. A witchy, feminist read that gave me a much-needed escape.

Broken Country wrecked me in the best way. I went in blind—no spoilers—and was swept into raw emotion, aching first love, and a story that lingers. I’m still thinking about that ending. Bravo to the author.

Trespasses by Louise Kennedy is a raw, powerful read. Loved Cushla’s bond with Davy. The romance didn’t land quite right for me but it’s a gritty, thoughtful story. ★★★☆☆
