Unfortunately, there are quite a few accounts like that, some of which have tried to follow/message folks out of the blue.

My best advice is to block them ASAP and post whatever you feel comfortable posting, bot replies be damned!

How about you can-turn around and talk to a stranger?

As a society, we need to start Charismaxxing! Go outside and strike up a conversation, see how much your cheekbones matter to real people!

Facts!

I am biased, but Pathfinder 2e is legit my favorite baseline system for fantasy games now.and every product is worth the money.

It makes me happy knowing so many cool and passionate people worked together to make it, all without budging to ham-scarfing bigots and troll-adjacent grognards.

I am having fun prepping for my weekly Starfinder sessions, even with some last minute changes and hustling to find appropriate art for backgrounds.

But I'm having fun with it and that is what I think matters most for the games we play.

I swear this happens at least once per stream, usually because I forget to enable my microphone track in the active OBS Scene...

My fault all the way, but damn if it isn't a little peeving to hear after a monologue!

I am getting audience feedback on little details, trying new things to make VoD's more enjoyable to watch, and FINALLY being able to edit individual audio tracks for a smoother experience.

It's slow going, but it IS going, and I think I can take some pride in that.

FYI, I have been trying to learn DaVinci Resolve and streamline the VoD editing process so I can get Fate/NR 2 out soon.

But, it's frustrating that I am adding MORE processes to learn and loosing motivation to put them into practice.

BUT BUT, I HAVE been chipping away and making progress!

Executive dysfunction is a Sonnuva NICE LADY to deal with, especially when I am trying to learn something from scratch.

I have 6 hours of free time, end up watching the same videos, and then being disappointed that I wasted so much time.

It's rough, but I'm trying to find ways to work with it.

Haters will say that Joke PCs will be elevated by "Good Players"; but therein lies the rub:

A good player would never choose to play a joke character (outside of maybe a one shot).

A GOOD Player would know that all PCs can be funny, incongruous, or have humorous elements, while remaining kayfabe

It's very easy to fall into bad habits if given the chance, especially when the focus is so easy to access.

I don't believe in any inherent integrity in private company management, private corps suck too. But, going public leaves a company subservient to shareholder demand, and shareholders tend to be people with too much money trying to make more, so ya know...

I have come to learn that any company that goes public is practically doomed to fall to enshittification by shareholder, some sooner than later.
