Similar story here 😄 my son currently uses my old 2012 MBP (still works great) and my old iPhone 12 mini (no complaints at all). Aside from luxury status and super refined UX….the shit just lasts and I love tech being less disposable.

Apple’s primary strategy since iPhone has been take an existing category and make a highly usable luxury product out of it. Often a leader in the category, rarely the monopoly.
