Here’s this thing. I proudly call for a return to civil discourse - not to silence or whitewash, but in an effort to get back to community conversations and a modicum of mutual respect as neighbors. It sounds like you would like to see the same.

What I find here on this page is someone engaging in political humor, while going the extra mile to protect the privacy of those who are not already elected or running for office.

I’ve seen a whole lot of name calling, take downs of private citizens by elected officials, doxing. I haven’t seen anyone like yourself (a “change” candidate or a “change” supporter) call those behaviors out as undignified and inappropriate.

I have stopped following a lot of pages on FB because I find them incredibly toxic and often mean spirited, a combo that does not invite dialogue - SOS / Northampton, MA / Public Comment Northampton, etc.

Hi Luke, I live in ward 5 and I think you came by my place for a door knock chat. I was on the phone, dogs barking - it was a bit chaotic. As a w5 voter I would have liked to have met you in person. Anyway - here’s my non-argumentative response to your comment/question:
