You talk about this too much and people will call you a predator. I don't want to have sex with anyone under 25 but I'm not just going to pretend teenagers aren't going to have sex with each other.

You tell someone not to do drugs and don't tell them anything else...they are guna do drugs.
You tell someone sex is bad and evil and the second they can access it they are going to binge and get themselves into stupid situations because they don't know anything and don't have any space to learn.

I don't want underage individuals looking at my porn, I don't. But teenagers are going to look, they are going to be curious, they need a culture that talks about the reality of porn and sexual health and doesn't just shut them out until they are 18. That's only going to make the problem worse.

But they will learn misinformation from their mates, from their misinformed elders, from their religion focused school. You stop letting kids find out about sex from the internet and they will just have sex in fields instead. You stop them learning about sexuality and they are getting groomed...

It is about porn but it's also not about porn, we're not supposed to say it but kids don't just suddenly develop at 18. I was curious way before that, and if I couldn't find out from the internet I would have gone looking in the real world.
You need somewhere safe-ish to learn and they will learn..

You have to ease into adulthood, adult concepts and themes. When you don't have access, you binge. You get taken advantage of (like ex hyper religious kids), you don't understand.
Putting a hard line of information access for children at 18 is so dangerous and we keep making it about porn.

We all agree that waiting for someone to turn 18 before you do something is creepy because that's still a child, just a day older.

But with that day older they have access to the adult internet (if it still exists) with no context, no information, no school mates to discuss what you saw.

On a serious note, I can afford not to be on twitter, leaving made basically no difference to my income because I never saw any traffic. I think big creators could force people to move platforms but they can't stomach the inevitable loss in followers because it feels like a hit to the ego. Pussies.

I could get my assistant to copy and paste my posts to twitter so I'd have a presence there without actually having to be on twitter but I don't want to have a presence on twitter. Because like.....ewww
