MG-63 cells cultured on PDMS substrates were stained with ER-Tracker Blue, MitoTracker Red, and LysoTracker Green.

Imaging was done by Ritabrata Ghosh from the lab of Prof. Jayasri Das Sarma (Department of Biological Sciences) at Central Imaging Facility, Department of Biological Sciences, IISER KOLKATA.

Imaging was done for RSA59 (recombinant strain of cov )in mouse L2 cell line using Live time lapse microscopy for 16 hrs+, showing viral spread and lysis of the affected cells which results in diminishing fluorescence at the end by CLSM 710.

For this week's #FluorescenceFriday we present a movie showing "mouse hepatitis virus recombinant strain (RSA59 gfp) viral spread in mouse L2 cell line"
