I released the update on XMA, so it should look a little better at least.

That sounds like the correct offset. I'm not seeing the issue on my end though. Make sure "Use model assigned offsets" is enabled in SimpleHeels settings.
I do see some other issues with the mod, so I'll push an update, but I'm not sure if it'll fix things for you.

Make sure your plugins (mainly SimpleHeels) are up-to-date, just in case.

TSCMAA looks better in motion. For still objects, you'll want to turn on TSCMAA + Camera Jitter.

If you have ReShade, I prefer to apply an AA shader through that instead of the built-in options, but basic FXAA can still give decent results.

I play a lot of PVP, and personally have not noticed hacks/cheating in Frontline, but the ones I'm aware of can't affect damage.

I can't speak on any targeted harassment, but I can try to answer questions and discuss strategy, if you'd like.

BH5+Bravery MCH LB can OHKO any ranged job from full HP:
40,000 x 1.5 (BH5) x 1.25 (Bravery) x 1.2 (Chainsaw debuff/AST LB) on a WHM/AST target (-25% damage taken) = 67,500
Crit/DH effects are purely visual, potency=damage with no random variance. Melee jobs take significantly less damage.

Alternatively, if you split the alpha channel (glow) into a separate image, TexTools can apply it as an alpha overlay and you don't have to fiddle with any transparency weirdness.

Since the glow is on the alpha channel, image editors may erase color information of transparent pixels. Not sure how PS handles this, but make sure every RGBA channel is still there when converting to .tex.

If you want to use something vanilla, the Historia Chokers have a transparent crystal, but you'll need to scale them up a lot and use invisible actors.

Seeing some of the discussion on character/mod optimization, and it's something I try to keep in mind for my own stuff.

With that said, my cyber eye mod is by far my biggest mod due to dozens of 1024x1024 textures, so I downscaled everything for general use.
