The gray and white-colored's cat face is wet, with an empty cup stuck to their nose. Alongside this, they're also saying "Not. A Word." to a cream-colored cat with a lined fur pattern, as well as a red flannel bowtie. The cat in question is just looking to the side in a "I won't say anything" kind of way.
