"Slay The Spire 2" (early) launches tomorrow. Possibly not a lot of people know the game, but I've spent... some considerable time playing the first (I hope a lot of those hours are due to me leaving it running in the background). Suffice to say I'll be getting the sequel on launch.

Sauce: onion, black mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, madras curry powder, cayenne pepper, coconut milk, msg, white pepper.

Dreamed I fought in a martial arts tournament and made it to the final, against... A Xenomorph! The odds weren't in my favour but I won by ring-out. And now surely I am the galaxy's greatest hand-to-hand combatant. That is all, thank you.

Boy's back home after a day at the vets. X-rays, investigations, nail clipping, blood tests coming and... He has a small infection in his paw, nothing else (although what will the blood say?)

My bank account is weeping.

Today's lunch at Chez Jones: buttermilk chicken thigh with American cheese, lettuce, gherkin, tomato, sriracha sauce, coleslaw.

there's definitely some great shows out at the moment, there are just a lot more bad ones. mind you, look back at old american soaps/dramas - absolute shyte

I'm rewatching "The Sopranos" and every episode (s1e9) so far is great and engaging. It reminds me of how irritating I find some modern shows where you have to wade through half a season of boring episodes before it "gets good". Why are so many wealthy franchises (in particular) so bad for this?
