It's not a total "free ride" but that peace of mind that comes with a workplace that let's you set your own pace and leaves room for recovery during work hours is so invaluable.

I took a job that paid nearly half of my previous field 12 years ago and never looked back. The reason? I can play video games for at least half my weekly hours and it's considered normal by management.
