One Of The Best Crime Thrillers Ever Made Just Landed On Netflix Martin Scorsese's classic, The Departed, is a masterpiece of suspense with a brilliant cast.

The Departed is such a great movie. It's been years since I've seen it but I'm adding it to the list now that it's back on Netflix.

Happy Gilmore 2 is a better written film than either Superman or Fantastic Four: First Steps. Its various conflicts are more compelling, it has better heroes and villains, a more coherent plot and - best of all - it knows what it wants to be and who its audience is.

There are an awful lot of gofundmes for LGBT refugee camps in Sudan run by dudes who are clearly not from Sudan.

It's just bloodlust. There is no coherent political philosophy at play when people on Tuesday call for the end of police and prisons and on Wednesday suggest that abusers cannot be reformed and should be imprisoned for life or killed.

Setting aside the research (which suggests some reform is possible) I find it weird and troubling that the same set clamoring to "defund the police" and for prison reform etc. is now saying that people can't be reformed and that only life imprisonment or the death penalty is the answer. wtf people
