I struggle drawing cat characters from weird angles but I found a pretty simple way to break them down. Once the 'ball' of the head is in place, all you need to do is connect a cylinder and wrap the features around it. It's a bit crude but I hope it helps!

Yeah. Like building around it is great for intimate scenes like the world forming but building the scene first gives more context relative to your subject. I need to work on that one mostly. Your perspective shots are actually something I enjoy looking at.
