- Worked out my issues around measuring my value as a person based on my productivity.
- Figured out some tools to help keep me focused, novelty is my biggest motivator.
- Took up a couple of hobbies that are only for pleasure, something I avoided since starting in games.
Hey, I'm really sorry you're in this position. I made the tough decision to go off meds due to personality and irritability issues on them so had to develop new tools to help (though it's never been the same as being on meds, they just helped work out my self-loathing without them):

2023 was a big year for me in a lot of ways, including the end of a 6 year relationship. It's laid the groundwork for transition and growth to come.

I love chatting about the 4-day structure and know many are thinking about it. The processes we implemented are personal and work for our team, I think the risk identification is the most important aspect of figuring out what works for individual teams.
