Reading through the LLF papers for Synod like the geek I am.

I cannot be the only one who actually really doesn't want Synod to repent and lament right?

I mean we keep doing that and keep hurting people, so really not convinced rhat anyone actually means it.

The most wonderful confirmation today- candidates who dared walk into church and were loved into faith by a gorgeous congregation. My heart is so full of pride!

In astonishingly wonderful news, we seem to have gone from decision to seek specialist placement to approval and consultation (at three independent settings!) in the space of…8 days.
I’m still pinching myself, but so utterly delighted for oldest offspring who needs this so much.

I’m vicar of a large (HUGE) parish with not quite enough ministers and financial stress to sort. Sometimes we get a bit tired.
And then sometimes we celebrate the patronal festival of one of the churches with a new hymn entirely composed in house and then we cheer on the lovely faithful member
