Can just fifteen people spare $10? Khalil is still trying to get flour for his children, it would last a week, but the price is rising daily now & it will be very difficult to get soon. He's so worried he can't even type a message to ask for help.

I think there's a straight line from Kristi Noem volunteering the dog-murder story in a memoir in a way where she was clearly expecting people to go "YO what a badass bitch!" and DHS being shocked that extra-judicial killings and toddler-snatching have been a PR dud.
