I second this! Bruce was the first person to talk to me about a career in Health Economics when I was still an undergrad at Lancaster. He had all the time in the world for my (probably silly) questions and was so encouraging

Thank you so much! It seems like a win-win to direct resources here. It would be interesting to do a follow-up study on CE of the expansion of electives, rather than only looking at existing services, as we didn't include things such as infrastructure investments that could be needed etc
