Yet, RE4 can be universally praised for turning survival horror into action run n gun; same as DS3.
And now, RE9 does survival horror for 5 hours, and then the simple action for the last 5 hours.

Despite some of the writing being a tad anachronistic, GoW Sons Of Sparta is a super fun metroidvania.
It might not be in the hall of fame for the genre, but it's along the lines of the new Prince of Persia where it hits all the right notes.
Easiest wishlist ever.
