Since oil is about to exceed $100 a barrel and the US won’t be able to bring this war to a swift end, one thing Trump could do immediately to save fuel, is allow Federal workers in the DMV to telework again. DMV residents consume about 125 million gallons of gasoline every week.

Trump has created a PMEPS. “Permanent Middle East Police State.” We’ll be there for years, escorting ships and protecting nearby neighboring countries. This will inflate the cost of gas by $1.00 - $1.50 per gallon for the foreseeable future.
