💙Happy 47th Birthday Clint Hill. Joined #Rangers for free in 2016 from QPR and became the oldest debutant in club history at age 37. He played 32 games & scored 6 goals, notably a late equaliser in a 1-1 draw with Celtic, causing a ballgirl behind the goal to implode with rage.

🗓 #OnThisDay 1️⃣9️⃣8️⃣3️⃣ : #Rangers beat Porto 2-1 at Ibrox in the 1st Leg of the European Cup-Winners’ Cup 2nd Round tie, at Ibrox. Goals from Sandy Clark and Dave Mitchell earned the Gers a lead to take to Portugal. Unfortunately we lost 1-0 away and lost on the away goals rule.

🗓 #OnThisDay 1️⃣9️⃣3️⃣7️⃣ : #Rangers play Stoke City (0-0) in a benefit match for the Holditch Colliery Disaster. In appreciation we were gifted the Loving Cup, 1 of only 30 cast, with a request that we toast the Monarch at the 1st home game every year. A tradition we still honour.
