Israel is not a signatory to the ICC, but there's an arrest warrant out for Netanyahu because of his illegal killings in Palestine, which is. That brought him into jurisdiction. When the US govt kills its own in the US, the ICC doesn't come into play, but when they're killing outside the US... FAFO.

When they commit extrajudicial killings in international waters of people who are from countries that ARE a party to the ICC, they come into jurisdiction. I imagine that Venezuela, Colombia, and others are having those conversations now. The US is becoming a rogue state. FAFO.
