I agree with you babe. But you're speaking about an entirely different issue. The fact that legislators don't ban guns - in general - even though they result in thousands of needless dearhs is different than a manufacturer recall for a bad design.

You really want to insist this false equivalence makes sense? These preventable and accidental deaths from guns were not caused by the gun itself being badly designed. Which is literally the issue with these particular pools.
