I've understood it to be a catch-all umbrella term for any regressed headspace notably apart from "Little." One can get a lot of formative memories during those other non-baby years, too. Summer camps, field trips, school lunches, etc. To some, that's "comfort," enough to call it a full-on space.

No one tells you this, but you really CAN just go in your pants, like, right now. No one's stopping you. If you're smart like me, you even put a diaper on just in case. Now that's foresight.
