i took my meds a few minutes ago. i am going to take them tomorrow. if i don't you have permission to throw tomatoes at me

even with an alarm set, i'll just turn off the alarm and say "i'm in the middle of something, i'll do it in a bit" and then just NOT DO IT. i am taking online classes (not by choice) with no schedule this semester and i have no job so i just do not take care of myself

the worst part is it's entirely my fault i stopped taking them. i stopped when winter break started and i didn't have anywhere to be so my routine fell apart. i stopped taking my adhd meds too. i'm forgetful and have a lack of motivation so it creates a vicious cycle

it's gonna take 4 to 8 weeks for my antidepressants to fully take effect fuck my stupid baka life 😭

sinus issues are getting bad again. i have an ENT appointment, but it's in march.
