this year, i really want to work through my unchecked ADHD and anxiety as well as get my physical health in order because i am desperately tired of putting this stuff off and getting progressively worse because of it. that being said, i have severe headline fatigue that’s making it hard.

it’s kind of hard to work on myself and try to strive for a better future by fixing things i’ve struggled with my entire life when the state of the world is riddled in chaos, but i must persevere i guess. i have to have hope and optimism for myself and for others, otherwise there’s no point.
