Old is a relative term
Reality changes from person to person
Today I am old
Tomorrow I am young
Whether you see me or not
I change from within and not without

I love your work Olga! The intimate connection to the creative process is almost surreal and magical isn't it? I truly resist "waking up" from it. The spell is real. Do you have to pinch yourself too afterwards?

Post some snippets of the little sprouts growing in your gray matter greenhouse. All that grows needs care and encouragement and are equally cherished. There is no black without white
Who knows? The seemingly imperfect seeds / whips might grow into mighty oaks if they get the right feedback. 🌱

I have a suggestion for you. In times of trouble and strife, there is therapeutic benefit in being among trees and in physical contact with them. So if you can, go hug a tree today, the bigger the better. This huge old chinkapin oak is known as The Great God Tree.

Dynamic effects of bilingualism on brain structure map onto general principles of experience-based neuroplasticity - Scientific Reports Scientific Reports - Dynamic effects of bilingualism on brain structure map onto general principles of experience-based neuroplasticity

Bilingualism is associated with a bigger brain. Similar to other cognitively demanding skills, it leads to dynamic subcortical structural adaptations which can be nonlinear, in line with expansion-renormalisation models of experience-dependent neuroplasticity. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
