Ella Clementoni’s 16 points lead the Trojans into the second round of the PIAA 5A state tournament.

Brooke Evans and Chloe McCarthy had 10 each for Gwynedd Mercy.

Here comes Gwynedd Mercy! Three fourth-quarter treys and it’s 37-33 North Pocono with 3:01 left after a Brooke Evans triple. She’s got 10 points.

North Pocono keeps expanding its lead, now 33-20 after three. The Trojans’ defensive physicality has been frustrating the Monarchs all afternoon.

North Pocono up 25-15 at halftime. The Clementoni sisters have a combined 15 for the Trojans.

Jack Hayes hits two big ones to put PW up 54-47 and then draws a charge. Colonials ball with 2:05 left and the PW faithful can feel it.

Plymouth Whitemarsh to the line out of a timeout with 2:11 left. Coatesville's just hit one shot the entire second half.

PW's lead is 52-47. Michael Pereira has 18 of the Colonials' 23 points since halftime.

Worse altogether is the fact that interest in Temple MBB is so low, nobody really cares.

Colton Hiller's second 3-pointer of the first quarter puts Coatesville up 13-8 and forces a PW timeout with 2:46 left in the first quarter. Pulled up over a screen with a hand in his face and buried it anyways. He's got 8 already.

This is going to be an INTENSE 32 minutes of hoops (at minimum). This gym's about as loud as I've ever heard for a HS game and we're only two minutes in. (Coatesville, 5-2)
