As a criminal defense lawyer, Madel knows that the violent immigrants are either locked or have been turned over to ICE. We got a glimpse of that in the case of ChongLy Scott Thao. The remaining few who might be at large would be better handled by the US Marshall's Fugitive Task Force, not 3K ICE.

Then ask them to say Montevideo.
