25 states sue Trump admin over withholding food aid funding
Nearly 42 million low-income Americans will lose their food aid benefits on Saturday barring any federal intervention or funding patch.
Under Trump and a GOP Senate/ House, SNAP will be delayed for the 1st time history!
In response, 25 states sued the Trump administration claiming the USDA violates federal law by PLANNING TO SUSPEND BENEFITS that provide food for nearly 42 million people!

The USDA has warned states that if the shutdown persists, funding for the food assistance program will be unavailable next month.
The USDA has approx. $5 B contingency SNAP reserves provided by Congress to support funding during a shutdown. But the GOP run USDA is refusing to distribute it!
