i never expect anyone to see me as anything but a human who makes mistakes. yet I hope through your perception of me you’re able to come closer to yourself, to be closer to your dreams, your childlike wonders, to your mother earth. I want everyone to see their potential and grab hold of it.

I want you to see my journey and know you’re not alone. I want those around me to be lifted up in times of need, to feel comfortable enough to set boundaries, to shed old limiting beliefs, to be present enough to heal. I want to cultivate a community that respects and values gaia, the earth.

I’ve lived a hell of a life, I have a lot of things to share and I have a unique way of seeing things. I’m confident in my abilities yet I never want those around me to assume I am boasting. I want you to be inspired by my courage and perseverance for expression.

As I got out of program and entered the adult world there are still people that want to silence me, get me to “act right” because I say what others refuse to acknowledge. I want to cultivate a community where people can be creative, be themselves, and promote growth and change.

when i was in program (#breakingcodescilence) staff would always pull me aside and remind me that people naturally followed me and I needed to “act better” bc I was setting a bad example. My example: freedoms of expression, community, boundaries, standing up for what you believe in.

seeing this right after i deleted twt validates me so hard 😭

working on writing today, been really cramming in a lot of digital art time and I don’t want to burn myself out 🧎🏽‍♀️ gentle reminder for other artists that you’re allowed to rotate ur tasks to lighten your load (will also help avoid burnout/art block) 💜💜💜
