Exactly!! It's also breeding apathy, especially amongst younger generations, and I almost can't blame them. We weren't designed to shoulder the weight of the world's problems, especially not without the proper avenues to vent. It's a vicious cycle of listening/consuming but never being heard.

Ugh, yes, please. I am also desperate for a deep dive into how shortening attention spans have killed nuance and critical thinking. The age of instant gratification/information (controlled by algorithms) is truly the death of not only media literacy but competency as a whole.

Nosferatu hype and confusion over his facial hair got me drawing Novel Dracula and his very canonical mustache.
