You can't use the eink as your only monitor, unless you only read/write. But yeah, my eyes feel much better when coding predominantly on that one.

I think I was among the 1st to get the Dasung. Now Bigme and Onyx Boox also sell one color version, all 25".

75% of my e-ink devices. I now use a color monitor (in a dual set up with a LCD), a color tablet (mostly for reading and note taking) and now trying a phone.

I remember playing at my uncle's a game named "calcio replay", an Italian clone (more likely a pirate version) of International Soccer. You could press left-shift at any time to get a replay of the last 10 secs or so. I would think that predates 1988.
