In my company, we have a range of different business jet types, including the small Phenom 300 to the Global 6000. We have Global FOs who know that they will have to move to the Phenom when they upgrade. They prefer the lifestyle over upgrading.

We do ground school plus three sim sessions. One check, one for systems review, handling exercises, & LOFT, and one session for special airports, as we have quite a lot of them. You get used to it... My LPC/OPC was five hours to to facilitate our new evidence based training. That felt long.
