The good news is that it’s an easy one. You can absolutely build this yourself and you’ll only need 1 mod (but a couple more will make it look better).

This super compact interchange features a 2 level, free flowing design. So no crossing traffic, no weaving traffic and no complicated stacking of crossover roads.
