Tried to email Discord about my feedback but they just hit me with an automated "sowwy, we don't accept support emails, use our form 🥺" response, so I'll save you some time and tell you to just use their in-house support form

god. I just don’t really know what to do. I can’t just not use discord, there’s no real alternative to what I use it for (and I have investigated other options) but I’m so deeply uncomfortable with this. And I’m already seeing the sentiment of ‘it’s fine, this will just affect the gooners.’
