I’m just thankful the show ended before Hamilton happened.

Spent Tuesday teaching myself Affinity so I could make myself a custom GM screen for my 4e #D&D game. Forgot how much I enjoy doing page layout stuff like this.

Here are all of the monsters statted up in the 2010 #D&D adventure "The Slaying Stone."

There were quite a few more in this one. I'm particularly fond of the Tomeripper Goblin, one of my book-loving players was furious at that character on principle.

As usual, depends on the person. Communication is key.

Even in an old fashioned use it leans towards traits that are often considered masculine: evenly proportioned, largeness, strong countenance or presence.

But I also don't think any of these are invalid for describing a non-male identifying person in a positive manner.

Also, if you for some reason find yourself wanting to run a low level fourth edition D&D adventure, this one is fun and gloriously silly, as you can probably surmise from the mechanical dragon with a brain in the back.

Plus: There’s a minecart chase sequence.

I’m only halfway through and I already feel like this song has been stuck in my head for days.

I was finishing a degree and starting a new job at the time so I only got a chance to do a couple concept sketches for this one, always neat to see how they end up after everything is finished.

Today I'm working on coloring a background illustration for an adventure game.

I do not know the context of this but I am laughing so hard.

I’ve finally started proper work on a project that’s been bouncing around in my head for years. Stretching character design muscles I haven’t used in quite a while.

You should have fun.

I keep vacillating between feeling this and feeling like it’s the best and only real weapon I have.

I've recently started running a 4th edition #D&D game, one of the players has made minis for all the players out of #LEGO and I've been having a blast designing paper minis. #4eD&D

I think the Zero games are easier to follow, and that’s saying something.

The X storyline is all over the place. It gets even worse when they continue past 5 which seemed to be intended as a wrap up to the story. (Not that it wasn’t already convoluted)

Much less dusty. And damn this thing is a mirror now.

He has since been dusted. I’ve been afraid to check to see if the ancient external hard drive even still works. I need to get that stuff moved over to a SSD or something.

Puppet bones. Rebuilding the #FeltQuest cast with nicer materials.

Unpacking at my new apartment, I had more shelf space than I expected so I put this dusty boy on display.

I’ve got a couple people wanting me to run a game this year. It’d likely be an unconventional system (I tend to run more over the top soap opera than action adventure) But I’m bad at assembling groups, so interested players welcome.

I’m always needing to remind myself to meet and engage with other queer writers as I try to establish an online presence.

Oh I really like that way of using the rainbow motif. Great idea, and that first piece is gorgeous.

I do not like the Pride flag aesthetically. It works as like a little patch and that’s about it. The colors are hard to make work together and it’s usually garish. I don’t dislike the one when they added the chevrons, if only because it’s more than just loud stripes. It’s my flag, but it’s ugly.
