Yep exactly that. EA knows that we're a supportive community and uplift each others content. It was all bait so they monetise off it later on. When ravasheen kit came out, there were people who still bought it out of sympathy even if they didn't like the content.

It was just a way to encourage people to buy packs because you're "supporting" the creator, when in reality, EA makes most of the money. That's why creator kits were so popular compared to other kits because consumers wanted to support the creator, which then led to all this marketplace bs.

I've tried to show sympathy but honestly idgaf if these cc creators are "one of us". actively working with a company post buyout when lgbtq+ people and women are being killed. a big fuck you. there are ways to monetise your content without directly associating with EA.

I also realised this could mean that getting content for free is gonna be much harder as its through an online service. Fuck this greedy ass company

Im acc so disappointed in cc creators who are still apart of the program and allowing this to happen. These big cc creators easily make more money off their pateron without ea getting a share

to those joining the ea creator network after the EA announcement, i'm giving you a big side eye. You can still be a sims content creator without being affiliated with EA.

the way the capp family is set in the future, so tybalt is an adult now with kids, but the summerdream don't have their kids yet because it's set in the past....sims 4 lore everybody 👍🏼
