The truly sad part about the Trump admin is that below all the un-american, anti-free speech, anti-due process execution, there are some valuable ideas that are getting lost in the hostility. Americans should be able to make a good living by making things.

What's the shutdown about? For one thing, the lil' orange guy and his buddies want to turn away critically injured humans from the hospital if they aren't in the US legally.

Republicans, this doesn't seem pro-life to me.

I can't believe I feel unsafe for our children. Not because of crime, not because of immigrants, not because of a foreign entity. I feel unsafe because my city is under threat . . . from our own President.

The people in power in the US aren't Republicans or Democrats. They are outside the world the rest of us live in. They are small-hearted people.They are petty, jealous, vindictive, envious and greedy in a biblical way. Do they not know that time is unforgiving of people like this?

Congress, if you relegate your influence over the flow of money, you will be irrelevant and obsolete and we won't need you. You may be afraid to lose your job if you don't conform, but all of Congress is lost if you don't hold the power of the purse. Congress, you need to play the long game, now.

Where is this "violent left-wing?" I honestly have no idea what JD is talking about. The "left" I know catch & release "innocent" spiders. Do i have blinders on? My "left" believes in peace, free-speech and love. Are these hippies hiding a dark secret while whining about the price of fresh tarragon?

The White House is now rated-R for bad words, sexual innuendo, and violence. I can't let kids watch when the President talks. He encourages violence against fellow Americans that disagree with him. What sort of lesson is that for our kids? on either side?

I have an idea, why don't we just try gun control. We could have a gun time-out. We could put automatic weapons and other super powerful guns away for a while, and if it doesn't work, we'll bring them back.
