Autumn has come to the Summer garden.
My beloved castle with four facades still feels a bit summery.

Today I attended a German speaking club for the first time and learned that one can order 10 liters of beer at a time at a restaurant! Result: I can understand natural speech and speak fairly well myself, although I make mistakes and sometimes am a bit short on words.

Two weeks ago I visited a metal concert in German language and was able to sing three songs with the band. That's was cool!

My profile description says "PhD in progress." Status report: I've finished writing my dissertation. The process is almost over. It took me four years.
What about German progess? I'm still learning it. I can read, write, I can sing and even discuss some abstract topics.

I can only imagine how interesting it is inside and what a nice view they have.

This Sunday will be the first trip on a yacht to the bay. Working all day long on texts in foreign languages, I get tired of thinking. The papers for the dissertation have been submitted. Now I have a little time for not-thinking. I miss fandoms, which I haven't been to for a long time.
