29 years ago I started smoking cigarettes. 6 years ago I switched to vaping. 3 days ago I stopped vaping.
When I switched it was meant to be a step to fully quitting nicotine. That didn’t happen. Then Washington state added a 95% tax.
The state helped me to remember my goal and run to it.
