Cultural and systemic differences play a big role in AI acceptance.

Good point—many AI tools target operations, but even those should be patient-centered. Streamlining admin tasks or reducing clinician burnout ultimately improves care and access. “Patient-centered” isn’t just about bedside tools—it’s a mindset that should guide all healthcare AI.

Leaders, listen up: You can’t outsource digital transformation. It’s on you. You and your executive team have to own it—fully. That means getting hands-on, embracing change, and adopting new ways of working with the technologies that are redefining the future.

For AI to be embraced, people need to see its value in their daily lives—not just personally, but also in their jobs.

Right now, concerns about bias, job displacement, and security make AI feel distant and even threatening.

That must change.
