I believe so. We still have theaters, so we'll always have movie thesters. Worst case, I feel they will become more like local stages, but the experience of communaly seeing a film will always be around.

I love/hate the flawed logic of no more "women who think they're men or men who think they're women" while also calling for "gender neutral fitness standards." The hypocrisy would be silly if it wasnt blatantly tranphobic and misogynistic.

Had a co-worker give me a (slightly awkward) standing ovation at work for my book 😭💖 seriously, I love to hear people loving my book. It means the world.

I miss being able to dissociate and daydream for hours without consequences. Don't you?

Also before anyone comes for me for not feeling bad, my empathy tank is empty for people who wouldn’t reciprocate that empathy to others who don’t look/think like them. In his eyes, I’m not even a person- just someone to be subordinate to a man and have babies. My compassion has limits.

Came to the realization I'm in a more self-confident place than I've ever been lately. Like I see friends out there living their life, and I don't get jealous that I'm not doing the same. I'm (mostly) happy and content with myself and the way things are. I'm low-key proud, this is big for me 💖

Innocence is just ignorance idealized.

All I want in life is for someone to be so inspired by something I make that they create something of their own. Even it's just one person, one fan art, one fan fic, or even something more original. To know I have had an impact on someone's life like that... it would all be worth it 💚

We need a new existentialist movement. The stage is set, almost exactly how is was roughly 100 years ago. Just sayin 🤷‍♂️ world could do with another dose of "nihilistic optimism."
