Sure, we all make fun of Lovecraft, but have YOU ever been so startled by a Spaniard that you invented a whole new type of fiction?

Given "God the Creator" has gone mad and is the Demon Lord in the previous game, I tend to take Schwalbite religion stuff with a pinch of "he's working through some stuff" salt anyway.

The "no balance" thing felt inevitable given the number of career paths.

I am also catastrophic at pacing one-shots incidentally, but happy with three-four session adventures.

(Also Spectaculars or maybe Dusk City Outlaws are very much on my want-to-try list, side-eying me. I'm just not convinced it will play well with an online gang.)

Cheers, this is the pretty comprehensive expectation management I was looking for. I'll maybe grab some of the adventures and see how much prep I would want to do to string them together into an adventure - the fact the Goblin King campaign isn't finished yet puts me off a bit.

To be serious for a moment, I'm kind of less excited that the Greens "kept Reform out" than I am that theres another apparentky progressive, leftish MP. But I'm a naive fool who likes the idea of voting *for* rather than *against*.

My optimistic, new era hope is that Labour take the lesson that they'll get more votes if they're like the winner (progressive, left) but my sad cynic assumption is they'll just decide to be more like the people on the rung above them (hateful, fascists).

Am concerned that there seems to be some sort of Pokemon discourse going on and nobody is talking about how hot Bulbasaur is.

This'll either make my attempt to do a marsh-themed hexcrawl easier or harder.

If they do halloumi I'll have that and when they inevitably don't, I guess I'll have a disappointing and broadly flavourless cheese-themed pie. And some chips, obviously. With scraps.

Obviously I've got no particular problem with professional game people, any more than I have a problem with destintaion live roleplaying even though I'd not do it myself. People sell their labour just like everyone else etc etc.

But this still made me laugh.
