Naja, ich habe keine Angst, aber ich sehe es eher so: Je freier ich bin, desto mehr erschließt sich mir das echte Leben. 😉

This is very sad. So it's more important to change clothes without shame. We can also demonstrate, that being nude is normal and healthy.

This is really sad. But you can only free yourself. It is possible to do so, but is all about self-acceptance. You can't expect that acceptance will be given by other people so you feel in ease.
It's all about your own mindset. 😀

Might be, that this is one way to see it.
At the end question is, what life you live, if you struggle with your size? You can't change it. Only cure is to accept it and to break preassure of comparison.
With acceptance, you will see, that there is so much more in life. 😉

Good point. Comparison is a thing, that is in the head of many men. To compare size of your house, car and penis.
But does that really tell, who we are or anything about your happiness?
No!
I'm sure, there is no way to happiness in comparison.
Self acceptance leads to happiness.

Self-acceptance leads to a view, where former body-issues don't exist any longer.

There are no issues anymore, just things, that make us unique.

There is nothing to cover up, because we are all wonderful the way we are!

This is the wonder of nudity!

A question, that always pop up, when men meet each other:

Does size matter?

In a naturistic environment it is never a question, because it really doesn't matter, because we are just nude, nothing more.
One positive aspect of social nudity is self-acceptance.
So it will not matter any more!

I prefer the first.

Glancing is totally ok. Staring is not ok, but it's also not ok in a clothed environment.
We are humans, glancing is a natural reaction, and this means to look at the person as a whole.
We should not think, that this changes in a naturistic environment.

I try to meditate. It needs some practice, to free your mind, but it can help to mentaly calm down.

And by the way, I can do that naked, that is wonderful.

What a great nude season...

Time to look back on those wonderful, nude moments that will last a long time and will give me the warmth for the dark and cold days, that will come.

I totally aggree! The only way to get inner peace is to love yourself, the way you are!

There is no freedom in being "normal" or "average", as long as you're not accepting yourself as the lovely being you are!

Defenitely! Naturism is all about self acceptance. This doesn't mean, that I'm not allowed to change my own appearance (shaving, tattoos, piercing s), it's about to do it without shame.

Just be myself, the way I like it!

Great blog as always. I have to confess, that I didn't spend a thought so far about not being sure, that my wife chooses me. 😉
But it is defenitely a very good impulse.

For me personally, this is the biggest power of naturism ans social nudity!

To reconnect to my pure self, to my inner child. Without shame, my life is now colourful an I live with inner peace.
