We apologise for the radio silence this half term - our volunteers are rightly focussing on their day jobs at present with a very busy assessment season.
We have lots more to come this year. All the details are in this blog here: stepupnetwork.uk/2025/04/27/s...
Have a great break all!

A Step Up In More Ways Than One: The Planting of aΒ Seed
Written by Amber Hadley Primary school teacher passionate about equity, inclusivity and wellbeing, an aspiring leader and changemaker. Last month, I had the absolute privilege of attending Step Up Networkβs leadership conference in Wolverhampton. As a network that brings together aspiring and current middle and senior leaders, it was an honour to be surrounded by so many passionate, experienced professionals. As an ECT1 and therefore at the very earliest stages of my career, it was my first time stepping into a leadership-focused space and although I felt nervous, I neednβt have worried as I was welcomed with open arms.
