I did that last week! And the bite made that little part of my inner cheek swell up/get a bump so I just kept re-biting it all week. I had to finally put some gum in my mouth & just leave it there, like chewing tobacco, repeatedly for a few days until I could leave it alone long enough to heal.😤

A fun past-time is watching documentaries about historical figures and diagnosing them with modern understandings of behavioral & psychological conditions. Currently doing that with Queen Victoria and her 9 children. Having a field day.

But! I am gonna try to be more active on bluesky. I didn’t realize till I opened the app yesterday how many of you I’ve missed on Twitter and have migrated over here. I feel like I’m late to the slumber party. But I’m here and I brought pizza and 13 Going On 30.

PSA: I’m protecting my peace and listening to my body this time around. Just know that if you find yourself unfollowed, it is not a referendum on whether or not I like you. To be honest, I just .. don’t plan to. My mom watches the today show every day so I’ll hear about the big stuff, and I am aggressively using mute/block/unfollow on all socials otherwise. I just refuse to forfeit my peace to that man or his circus for another 4 years. Im giving myself permission.
