I also discovered (&this isn’t Apple) that your VO2 automatically gets downgraded simply because you are older. This strikes me as being as dumb an idea as using BMI to measure weight (it overlooks several key factors like muscle and bone structure) and has led to athletes being judged obese.

HATE the new upgrade to the Apple Health app that came with iOS 26. Scoring sleep versus the previous version is not a good idea. This can make people anxious and is counterproductive. Also, my whole fitness level got downgraded 😖
