Iran's Missile Math: $20,000 Drones Take on $4 Million Patriots Which side runs out of munitions first could determine the outcome of the war.

Iran's cheap drones can quickly deplete expensive US-made weapons. The outcome of the war may be determined by which side's weapons last longer.

This Leafs Flyers game has been a rough watch.

1-1, halfway through the 3rd, neither team is over 20 shots yet (20-19).

Couple of posts, but generally *yawn*.

Want some trades guys. Want some trades.

So basically weather will become harder and harder to predict, and major storms will form more rapidly.

Particularly as the global avg temp rises, the air can hold more moisture... Greater precipitation volume (atmospheric rivers!).

Counterintuitively because the poles are warming faster than the equatorial regions, the temp gradient is declining.

This weakens the jet stream which allows for the escape of polar vortices.. you will get sudden drops in temp when these super cold masses push down further south.

More chaotic.

The main reason people struggle with the idea of climate change is because they keep experiencing wild seasonal oscillations in temp.

If you think of the global climate as a thermodynamic system and the temp as a measure of its energy... Higher Energy = Stronger more Violent movement of air masses.

The US Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has been hit by Iranian drones. It’s on fire. (Al Arabiya)

Double negatives are confusing.

Are you asking why we are not in on it?

Defensive Defender who played for ARI and CHI for years?

He was a first rounder in 2011.

He has never produced 20 or more points. He has only played one season of more than 68 gp since 2018-19 began.

Pretty injury prone.

Wait wtf?

Let me help a bit:

For a claim to be "bad-faith" the individual making that claim needs to *know that the claim they are making is false*.

Do you sincerely think the people making these accusations *know and believe that Platner isn't a white supremacist*?

If you *actually* think that, why?

02.03.2026 17:35 β€” πŸ‘ 5    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Also - I'm clearly not anonymous, but I'm also not American (though I very much have many reasons to take direct interest in their politics).

Take that for whatever you think it is worth, but try to actually answer the question.

02.03.2026 17:29 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

It's a tad disturbing that you think that your top primary choice for the Democrats happens to repeatedly have to deal with allegations of Nazi sympathies that directly stem from *his own actions* and you are dismissing them as "hysterical bad faith claims".

What about them is in bad faith exactly?

02.03.2026 17:28 β€” πŸ‘ 11    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

They literally cultivated the ability to excavate old water pipes to use as rocket bodies, and then combine fertilizer and sugar to create rocket fuel. Then they attach unexploded Israeli ordnance and fire it.

Voila. Rockets.

Destroying Iran's government doesn't end that.

02.03.2026 17:25 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Hamas has regularly been able to import rocket manufacturing materiel into Gaza and the West Bank and assemble them locally.

They don't require Iran for that either.

02.03.2026 17:24 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

I think you underestimate the ability to produce and maintain their rocket/drone infrastructure and keep fighting.

Hezbollah has the capacity to produce and fire rockets and assemble drones/UAVs - with ranges in excess of 300 km - in both Lebanon and Syria. They don't require Iran for that.

02.03.2026 17:22 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Oil up/rates up/consumer confidence down obviously not great for housing heading into March.

Like, the Pope has more legitimate political power than the King of England.

I'm curious if she would tell King Charles to shut up and stay out of it... Assuming not.

02.03.2026 15:01 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Despite what Louise says here... The Pope is actually the *elected* HEAD OF STATE of an ACTUAL COUNTRY that is recognized by other secular states across the planet.

So he kinda does have way more "say" over secular policies than she does.

02.03.2026 15:00 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Seems problematic for this argument that the current lack of an organized government has not prevented Iran and it's proxies from continuing to launch missiles at targets 1000 miles away.

And also serves as a shining example of the exact reason people are using the term as a troll.

The "social justice" trollers are doing it because people *exactly* like this annoy the shit out of them.

And their overarching point is entirely valid.

A guy who can't wrap his head around why the word "American" is overly broad to describe citizens of the US when there are 2 entire continents with over 20 total countries that are *also American*.

Jackass.

A guy who can't wrap his head around why the word "American" is overly broad to describe citizens of the US when there are 2 entire continents with over 20 total countries that are *also American*. Jackass.

Here is the interaction I have found that best encapsulates the original posters intentional ignorance. He clearly understands the point being made, but egotistically insists "American" specifies natives of the USA because "it's literally in our name" - unlike the 2 continents apparently?

02.03.2026 13:50 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Yep. Exactly.

Yeah - I mean, I can say "you-ess-ian". It isn't that difficult.

Just cumbersome.

Ohhh that sort of conservative.

Like the angry - we need to break the system by voting for the other people that created the system we hate and would make it way worse - mob.

AKA idiots.

Got it.

Yeah, of all the things to find insulting... An *accurate* - if unpronounceable - descriptor upsets you?

People are more ignorant than I imagine, always.

It also helps that the Oil price increases will provide an easily articulated mask for tariff driven inflation in Q2.

They can blame it on something other than the Tariffs now.

I mean, the justification is that they needed a significant distraction to ensure their polling numbers didn't crater further.

The Olympics were over.

Need something to tide them over until the summer when the World Cup starts?
